Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DropNotify website (dropnotify.app), the Drop Notify iOS and Android mobile applications, the Chrome and Firefox browser extensions, and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of the Service

DropNotify monitors publicly available retailer information and Discord community channels for in-stock and restock events on trading card game (TCG) products and related collectibles, and delivers notifications about those events to subscribed users. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer or publisher whose products are referenced in the Services.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account), which permanently removes your account data from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Trainer+ Subscription (In-App Purchase)

Trainer+ Membership is an auto-renewable subscription available via in-app purchase on the Apple App Store (and, where available, the Google Play Store) for $5.99 USD per month (or local equivalent set by the app store).

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing & Cancelling: You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS) or your Google Play account.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the relevant app store (Apple or Google) according to their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• Trainer+ from Whop: Members of The Trainers Collective Discord community may receive Trainer+ access through a separate Whop subscription managed at whop.com. Whop subscriptions are governed by Whop's own terms and are not subject to Apple or Google billing.

5. Notification Service

Notifications are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee delivery timing, accuracy, completeness, or that you will be able to purchase any product referenced in a notification. Inventory at third-party retailers can change in seconds and is outside our control. You are responsible for verifying availability, price, and any other terms with the retailer before completing a purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Services you agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit DropNotify notifications or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services
• Use automated systems (scrapers, bots) to access the Services in a way that degrades performance for other users
• Interfere with the operation of the Services, including by introducing malware or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or retailer terms of use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All DropNotify trademarks, logos, software, and content are the property of DropNotify or our licensors. Product names, trademarks, and brand identifiers referenced in the Services (including but not limited to Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Walmart, Target, Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, GameStop, and Pokémon Center) are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only. We claim no ownership of, affiliation with, or endorsement by any third-party brand.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may link to third-party retailer websites, Discord servers, or other external resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and that third party.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will always be timely or accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropNotify and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to missed purchase opportunities, retailer pricing changes, lost profits, or data loss. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD $50 if no payment was made).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for operational reasons. Termination does not affect any subscription billing that has already occurred — refunds for partial periods, if any, are handled by Apple or Google as described in Section 4.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify users in-app or by email. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of the jurisdiction where DropNotify is operated.
